ACCURACY OF DATA

The user shall respond, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, with the company reserving the right to exclude from registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed under Law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide data of third parties. Only if they have the consent of the future guests of the hotel, may the user enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional, so its entry by the user implies, under their exclusive responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering the personal information.

DATA PROCESSING DURING NAVIGATION

In accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY

Access to the page does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. PRICES

The prices indicated are Retail Prices, VAT included.

The price includes: Price per night based on the room type and meal plan selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or National ID, according to current legislation. It will be at their own expense when trips so require the obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Those under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that an Authority rejects the granting of visas due to particular causes of the user, or entry into the country is denied for lacking the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of it, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, with any expense incurred being borne by the consumer, and in these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for the case of a no-show will be applied.
